What's Included:

We have 60 inch round tables and 6 ft rectangle tables, enough for seating of 200 with either. Various other shaped tables for guest book, cake, sweetheart tables etc. We have over 400 chairs, enough for both ceremony and reception.

Decorations includes all decorative white twinkle lights, lanterns, candles, silk flowers, silk greens,table numbers, signs, columns, chargers, pillar candles, centerpiece hardware and so much more fun and unique items to customize your special day! (Fresh flowers are not included)

Your planning appointment is  usually done 6-10 months from the day of event- this goes through every detail of your day- from who walks when to seating to decor to vendors and timeline.

A professional coordinator is provided to execute the dream vision you have for your special day. ($1500 value)

Sound system- state of the art system with cordless microphone for both reception and outdoor ceremony needs. This is meant for background music only.

Venue Fee- does not include catering, bartender or floral charges.

Venue fees must be paid in cash, Venmo or check, we do accept credit cards with a $175 fee. 

In house catering is required- $2000 minimum must be met before any taxes or gratuity.

In House Bartender is required. $200 for up to 6 hours an $40/hr thereafter.

A complimentary 1 hour rehearsal is included in our packages.

We have 24 slots on-site and an acre field designated for overflow parking.

The entire venue is handicap accessible (bathrooms included).

Do you allow beer & wine at your venue?

Beer and Wine is permitted, use of our bartender is requires ($200 for up to 6 hours and $40/hour after that)- you may supply your own or source through us directly.

we have family members with dietary requirements.  do your catering services offer options for that?
