A non refundable deposit of $500 is due upon signing of the contract. This amount is taken off the above venue fee. 2 equal payments of the balance are due 4 and 6 months from the event date.
Price is for cash or check only. $175 credit card fee is applied per transaction.
$2000 minimum catering required for each event. Our buffet packages start at $20pp and range dependent upon the menu. All service staff, cutlery, glasses and plate ware is included. Catering provided by La Conner Seafood and Prime Rib House.
Rehearsal- one hour complimentary is included
Parking- We have 24 slots on-site and an acre field designated for overflow parking
Handicap Accessible- The entire venue is handicap accessible (bathrooms included)
Alcohol- Beer and Wine is permitted, use of our bartender is requires ($150)- you may supply your own or source through us directly
